Got X's one year portraits done at Picture People this weekend. they came out great dispite him being a butt most of the time. this one is probably my ultimate fav because its definetly him. chewing on a ball running around and carrying doggie. thats him in a nut shell. and hes looking up at you with those eyes that make you just melt. hehehe
this weekend was great. went out with the girls and danced on friday night and hung out with melissa saturday and sunday. what more could i ask for after having a crappy week!! <3>

Day III

today was Xyanders doctors appt.
hes 24.10 lbs and 31 1/4 inches!
hes doing great!! he also got 3 shots :(

its crappy out today so got nothing to do

Breakfast
3 cups of coffee each with 2 splenda. 1 with sugar free FV creamers, 2 with skim milk
1 asiago cheese bagel with veggie cream cheese
1/2 cup of salted peanuts

well here we go... day 2 of my "diet"...

i cant believe that its been a year already!!!!!
hes growing up so fast :(




AM
1 medium FV coffee with 2 splenda & extra skim milk
1 Special K Vanilla Crisp bar - 90 calories
1/2 medium banana (X ate the rest)

11am snack
Quaker dark chocolate cherry granola bar - 90 calories

Lunch
Friendlies Crispy Chicken Wrap
Waffles Fries
Sprite
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 grilled cheese sandwich

Dinner
1/2 a steak tip
1/2 cup of au gratin potatoes
1/4 cup of peas
2 glass' of fruit punch soda

Night Snack
1 cup of Cape Cod Chips - reduced fat
6 oreos
1 glass of milk

Dieting

So heres to starting my first diet of the year... *sigh*

Im just gonna list what I ate today to start off... i dont really have a diet plan or anything. i would LOVE to start WW again but i dont even have the money to pay the bills so thats not gonna work :(

coffee w/ 3 splenda and sugar free FV Coffee Mate - about 16 oz
Special K bar Vanilla Crisp - 90 calories
medium sized banana - 1

Lunch
Fresh Mozzorella - 1 ball
Tomato - 1
Large Orange Hi-C

3pm Snack
Oatmeal Raisin granola bar - 90 calories

Dinner
1 cheese curl
Banquet Crock Pot Classics - Beef and Vegetable - 540 calories
2 wheat rolls
1 glass of ginger ale

that was my intake for the day
