Dieting

So heres to starting my first diet of the year... *sigh*

Im just gonna list what I ate today to start off... i dont really have a diet plan or anything. i would LOVE to start WW again but i dont even have the money to pay the bills so thats not gonna work :(

AM
coffee w/ 3 splenda and sugar free FV Coffee Mate - about 16 oz
Special K bar Vanilla Crisp - 90 calories
medium sized banana - 1

Lunch
Fresh Mozzorella - 1 ball
Tomato - 1
Large Orange Hi-C

3pm Snack
Oatmeal Raisin granola bar - 90 calories

Dinner
1 cheese curl
Banquet Crock Pot Classics - Beef and Vegetable - 540 calories
2 wheat rolls
1 glass of ginger ale

that was my intake for the day
